  1.     LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Ural Chemical Calculator SOFTWARE
  2. This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either 
  3. an individual or a single entity) and A.A.Lakhtin (I, me), the author and 
  4. copyright holder of the Ural Chemical Calculator software.  This "SOFTWARE 
  5. PRODUCT" includes the Ural Chemical Calculator software and may include any 
  6. associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.  
  7. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree 
  8. to be bound to the terms of this agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms 
  9. of this agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  10.  
  11.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  12. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international 
  13. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  
  14. The author and copyright holder of Ural Chemical Calculator is A.A.Lakhtin.  
  15. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  16.  
  17. Ural Chemical Calculator consists of "shareware" software which allows the 
  18. user to use the unregistered version of Ural Chemical Calculator for a period 
  19. of 30 days. You agree not to extend the 30 day trial period by any method 
  20. except by registering the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  If you register the SOFTWARE 
  21. PRODUCT by purchasing a registration number you agree to register no more 
  22. than one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and not distribute the registration 
  23. number.

  25. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any
  26. such copies, however made; and from distributing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with 
  27. other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission of
  28. A.A.Lakhtin.
  29.  
  30.     INSTALLATION AND USE
  31. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  32. However if you register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by purchasing a registration 
  33. number, you agree to only register one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and not 
  34. distribute the registration number.
  35.  
  36. You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a 
  37. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software 
  38. covering all workstations that that will access the software through the 
  39. network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations will access Ural Chemical
  40. Calculator on the network, each workstation must have its own license, 
  41. regardless of whether they use Ural Chemical Calculator at different times 
  42. or concurrently.

  44. REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
  45. You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of this SOFTWARE
  46. PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a true, complete, and unmodified 
  47. copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied 
  48. by a copy of this agreement.  The registration number shall NEVER be 
  49. distributed.

  51. TERMINATION
  52. Without prejudice to other rights, I may terminate this agreement if you fail 
  53. to comply to the terms and conditions of this agreement.  In such an event, you
  54. must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  55.  
  56. NO WARRANTIES
  57. A.A.Lakhtin expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  The 
  58. SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without 
  59. warranty of any kind.  The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the
  60. SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
